What information do I need to provide in my Contractors Report?

For each of your contractors, please provide:

• the contractor’s legal or trade name;
• their WSCC employer number (if known);
• the amount of the labour portion of your contract with this contractor; and
• an indication of whether you have entered the above amount on line 6 of the previously submitted Annual Payroll Report (APR).
